In the spring of 2005 a major face lift to the Helena amphitheater was conducted. The upgrades included a stage canopy, stage setup lighting and house lighting, an additional electrical main service panel with 220v 600 amp capabilities and a mixing hut with a canopy as well as a 200 amp 220v electrical panel.

Tennessee Valley Metals manufactured and assembledboth canopies. The additional electrical was constructed by Randall Perrin of The City of Helena Technical Services Department. Additional City of Helena employees who contributed to this project are: Sonny Penhale, Keith Sims, Ien Reed, Lane Channell, Andy Beardon and Chris Ramsey.
