Balancing community rights

The City of Helena works to keep an orderly, safe community, applying zoning laws to balance the rights of the City’s citizens with individual property owners.

The Helena Planning and Zoning Meetings are scheduled for the 3rd Thursday of each month unless it falls on a holiday week or otherwise noted.
